Some files in long paths with long names make it hard to see the exact file name to determine exactly which file to restore. Would like to see the ability to hover over to get the name, or scroll over to see the entire file name, during a restore.
Would be nice to have a little more control on when the workstation backup checks fail in the dashboard. 90% of the time the backup check has failed because the computer wasn't on the day before, or the backup was still seeding, or the user booted their PC after the daily safety check time.
For workstations it would be nice to be alerted only if a successful backup hasn't completed in, say , 3 or 4 days.

We needed a solution for your Manage Online Backup reporting. The report just says “server1” but not the full name or domain of the server.
We have many customers with servers with the same name and have no way to tell which server did complete based on the email reports.
Email subject show only "Backup for | server1 | Completed | 0 days 10 hours ago"
With the newly added feature to send reports for the DSC of Backup & Recovery it would be nice to have an option to choose the FROM adress for the reports.
This would offer a great way to further customize the reports and provide a clearer assignment / attribution of the report.
It would be really handy to know when a PC is available to be worked on again.
If this could be initiated by right clicking on the PC in question and selecting something like "alert when online" and then the system could automatically send an email alert or create an alert within the dashboard / service desk when the machine is detecting as online.
I would like a small popup notification for a list of target workstations, to notify me when they come online. There are a lot of road warrior workstations that are behind on patches, automated tasks, etc., and they get powered on for a brief moment. It would be nice to tag certain workstations to alert me, so I can immediately head over and send commands.
Need to have more detail that failed/succeed in the MOB status emails. The current server status report doesn't provide any detail.
Since the previous update to the dashboard, the MOB "show password" under the Edit Workstation window does not function. You click on it but doesn't work which means it does not show the password. When I click the "show password" button to reveal the GUI password in MOB nothing happens. If a workstation or server is shutdown and automatically goes OFFLINE (Maintenance Mode) it should check periodically if it is back online.
I am seeing fairly frequent occurrences of systems that never check back in, but Take Control still works on these systems. If LogMeIn is installed that also works. The MAX agent needs to be more resilient.
