When within Edit Server/Workstation, an option to open up the associated policy will open up and allow editing of the policy in question. We've discovered that it is possible for policy changes to not propagate down to devices, but av defender will just show that everything is fine rather than alerting about a compliance issue like virtually all other managed av products.
It would be nice to have a metric in av defender status for policy compliance.
It has come to my attention that to apply an exclusion or make a SPECIFIC change to the antivirus for a single device or client, one must create an entirely new policy and apply it to that device or client. This seems counter intuitive. For instance, if I want to exclude a single folder on a single device, I should be able to select the client, select the device, right click -> Managed Antivirus and apply an exclusion. ...more »

It would be nice if there is an option so that the dashboard user can also customize his own whitelist. At this moment i can set the permission in "Roles and Permissions", but the user can then edit all my webprotection policies of all my customers and that is soemthing i don't want.
There should be a function to bulk edit the common settings for all existing policies. At the moment this has to be done on a policy level. We have a different policy for each client because of different passwords. SO every time we want to edit any common settings we have to go through all policies....you get the idea....
Currently there is no options to either create a report or look at the RMM dashboard to easily see who is on what policy for MAV or web protection. This can be a problem when one machine has had a policy manually set and the rest of the site is using a different policy. I would like to be able to view the User Audit Report and see websites that were added to Web Protection policies. At this time we can see websites removed from Web Protection policies but would like to know what websites are being whitelisted and cannot verify that through the User Audit Report at this time.
Currently Bitdefender Policys can only exclude data that fits certain Character restrictions..
It would be nice to exclude any Character within Bitdefenders Policy including

The amount of time allowed for inactivity is limited to 25 minutes. Beyond that is just to "Never fail check due to agent inactivity". It would be helpful to have a higher threshold without turning off this failure type.
On the Summary Tab under Agent Supported Features, display which Policy the Device is using beside that feature.
