When editing the "When a ticket request is received" template, there needs to be variable for the Ticket Request URL so we can include the URL on the notification email.
There is no way to currently pre-fill data for the "Request Assistance" form that a client needs to fill out for Name, Customer # and Email. The data for these fields is entered in by our support department when we are adding the agent to their computers so that they show up under "My Computers" in SolarWinds N-Able MSP Anywhere. Since User permission isn't required for the n-central agent's direct support, i don't think this is any more of a privacy concern. It would be nice if we could have a toggle to have the request user permission prompt only apply to remote control rather than the entire feature set. Users should be able to click a link in Block Page messages that creates a form that is emailed to an email address defined in the Web Protection policy.
