Would like to be able to perform system state backup and virtual disaster recovery for Linux VMs.

Devices which were backed up using the MBR partition table can only run on UEFI-compatible restore firmware when it's launched in the legacy BIOS compatibility mode. Is there scope to manage a conversion to UEFI as part of the Bare Metal Recovery process?
If a user is deleted together with a mailbox, you can't restore items from that mailbox. According to support (case 01142535), you need to first remove a mailbox but leave the user and license intact, let a backup of this mailbox pass, then remove the user and license. This is way too error sensitive. We deleted a user (with mailbox and license) and couldn't recover anything of that mailbox anymore. Why did we do a backup ...more »
Currently MSP Backup for Office365 can't restore a mailbox or a mailbox item to a given time. For mails this is not a big issue, but for calendar and contact items this is.
We would like to see the option to limit bandwidth via the Recovery Console.
The Limit bandwidth option is only available for Backups, so we would like to see this for Restores on the Backup Manager also.

Raised on behalf of PerCom Automatisering Bv: When restoring to a different location, the ability to restore files/folders without the full (from root) folder path would be a significant quality of life improvement. For example, a restore of three different folders from three different locations on the source drive will require additional navigation through the restored folder tree, with the way things currently are. ...more »
Looking to be able to restore to external drive or network path from Backup Manager and Recovery Console. This is essential for some clients where storage space is at a premium.
Would like the ability to restore an entire folder at once, rather than individual emails that require being searched one by one.
We would like to see an option to select when a restore runs, instead of manually setting it.
Right now you can only do one time restores which you have to manually start,
or continuous restores which run all the time.
With something like the clienttool but for the recovery console you could run
scripts that add or remove devices or start restores and the like.
I asked support about a way to monitoring the status of a restore done through Recovery Console and they deemed it "impossible" at this time. Apparently, the logs are only stored in the cloud and not locally removing the same functionality that Backup Manager has to be able to be monitored through N-Central. Create a way to monitor restores via Recovery Console so we can actively monitor the restores without having to ...more »
When we start a continuous recovery restore, there is no real status indicator such as a percentage indicator or a progress bar that shows you the progress of the task. Something similar to when performing a backup/restore in the Backup Console and it shows you the status of the job using the progress bar with details of the files its restoring. Having something similar for a continuous restore task would be helpful. ...more »
Raised on behalf of Fancit B.V. SolarWinds Backup doesn't currently support restoring directly to a KVM Hypervisor target; users must instead restore the device to a VHDX or VMDK via Virtual Disaster Recovery. In some cases (such as the rental of Virtual Private Servers), direct access may also not be available to the KVM Hypervisor platform; it would be of great help if Backup was still able to support restoration ...more »
