Quite often if a customer needs something doing on their computer that's not majorly important they might ask if you can call back at a certain time. It would be great to be able to schedule a technician to do that at a certain day and time.
We have tasks that have to be done every two or three years. Please allow to schedule tickets repetition for over one year.
Please could we have easier ways to schedule multiple backups.
It would be great if we had the choice of a time interval, or to manually set specific time as we can do at the moment.
We could set a time interval, to easily configure the Backup Manager to backup every so many minutes or hours as opposed to having to manually configure multiple schedules.

I would like some more options in MSP Manager. 1. The colours for the techs are too close together in some cases. Being able to select my own colours for the techs would be helpful. 2. If I move or delete an appointment, many other appointments will shift around. It would be so much better if each tech had his own column so that all of their calls would line up. If would be great if it is possible to view other peoples appointments in the MSP manager Mobile app. Just as is possible in the full web version.
