We would like to see an option to revieve a notification via e-mail or trigger in CMC when selected size is increasing a lot during a short period. Some customers would like to keep the montly costs stable and would like to be informend when their bill wil increase a lot when their selected data size is growing.
Currently someone would need to know the exact name of the task, and whether it was a script or amp in order to schedule it, which severely limits the use of Automation. Just like everyone else, our technicians can't be expected to memorize the name and function of every task in order to use the product. It would be great to have selection reporting within the Cloud Management Console and the ability to email out a notification of the current selection on a weekly or monthly basis
Automated Selection Report that can be sent to us via email. This will give us the breakdown of how much we should be charging our clients without having to login and run the report every month.
It would be nice to actually have an OK and Cancel button on the selection-screen. The problem is that it is very easy to select or deselect a folder and then end up being (not) backing up data that is (not) important. Also when you are talking about a Backup Manager that is installed on a 'simple end-user' computer where they can (de)select their own datafolders. It makes the system more user-proof.
