The ability to run redundant servers in multiple locations as fail-overs in case the primary site goes down. I Imagine this could be done by adding a secondary IP or FQDN to the agents to point to as a secondary server. When both are up it reports to both servers but when one goes down it will still point to the other. This will be useful for all customers particularly those who's sites are in disaster prone arias like ...more »
Implement some kind of feature that prevents additional instances of console.exe from spawning with every user that logs into a terminal server.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise Generation 10 servers no longer support System Management Homepage or Insight Management Agents. To monitor these servers with N-able you have to use a second professional license on the iLO port. We need a solution to be able to monitor new HPE servers using only 1 license. This will benefit all customers that purchase/use new HPE servers.
Please can we have agent support for core mode installations of Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 2016
It would be useful to know that devices cannot connect to the Web Protection category and reputation server via an alert on the dashboard, this will help with potential problems in the future. This might highlight a client that has outgoing firewall port to api.bcti.brightcloud.com over port 2316.unopened.
I would like to see additional options in the wall chart settings to configure the display of overdue workstations. Currently if workstation checks are selected we see overdue servers as well (even it all checks are passing)
Additionally the overdue workstations that do appear show up grey rather than yellow. I would like to see this colour-coded to match the north pane in the dashboard.
Can we get a check that verifies how long since the servers last reboot, and gives us the ability to customize how many days since the last boot before the check fails? Personally I'd like to know how many of my servers haven't been rebooted in the last 30/60/90 days so I can make sure they get rebooted.
Please add the latest Kaspersky Version for Windows Servers to your Anti-Virus list since I can only chose from two (Kaspersky Anti-Virus and Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Exchange Server).
I ask for that because it keeps showing up in the monitoring as "product not found".
Is it possible to split the Monitoring and Management pane to view problem servers and problem workstations as a separate hierarchy. At the moment if there is an issue with a workstation the client shows as red even if the servers are OK it would be nice to split this so we have a separate section for servers showing all clients and another for workstations. showing the same clients.
We can install the agent on a desktop OS and instruct it to install in Server mode for greater flexibility, but cannot do the inverse. We have several cases where we want to use a Server OS in a less critical environment, and don't want the extra monitoring costs or features.
It would be useful to know the last three or five usernames who logged on to a workstation or server rather than just the latest . The most persistent username could be highlighted in some way also.
The new search server/workstation feature is a real gem...but it would really benefit from the ability to search by IP address. Often we have to identify a machine via its IP address, and it would be really useful to be able to search this information from the new search function.
