We're able to filter the asset count on a service plan via tags. It would be nice if we could add the ability to filter by location. If we could add multiple locations to one service plan, then it would be easy to bill based on what devices are in a specific location. Time entries on any status of ticket need to show against all types of service plans, not just closed tickets. Tickets that are created for a long project or for maintenance and are not closed immediately should still reflect time put against the service plan, and should be billable for possible overages.
The amount of Retainer Hours included per Retainer Period is quite often not a whole number of hours (e.g. 2.5 Retainer Hours per Month). It would be good if we could enter fractional amounts in the Retainer Hours field for the Hour Retainer Service Items/Plans.
