Save Session History Notes

In the Problem Description and Session History sections of the MSP Anywhere Technician Console, there are places to take notes, but they are not saved on the console or in the Admin Area.

I would like the ability to save notes in the console, and be able to view them later on the console and in the Admin Area Session History section.

Remote desktop session timeout

There should be option to edit remote desktop session timeout value. When n-central users connect to devices, connection stay open even after initial RDP session window is closed.. In many cases only way to close remote control session is to push the red button to disconnect. This kind of behaviour can be also seen from audit trail.

Please Add Session Timeout Options for the Portal

Please add a setting which allows you to set the desired session timeout value. As the administrator of the portal I would like to have control over the log out time. I assume the risk if I change away from the default setting. ...more »

Please Add Board Session Timeout Setting

Whenever you are using the board, or should I say not using, you are timed out after a very short time and need to log in again. This is very impractical for staff agents working with the ServiceDesk. Please add a setting which allows you to set the desired session timeout value. For instance, it would be great to be allowed to be logged in for one working day even if you don't click around every two minutes. Thanks ...more »

Auto log off feature

Recently there was an implementation of an automatic log off when idle. We feel this would be a positive feature despite it previously being pulled from the live version. It would prevent inadvertent access to the dashboard for unauthorised people at a particular PC. However this feature NEEDS to be configurable, for example 'Log off from dashboard if idle for X minutes' and 0 being never automatically log out.
