Communication Settings

In Administration\Defaults\Appliance Defaults Communication Settings tab you can have multiple listings but this doesn't act how one would assume. How we would like it to act is that if an agent/probe can't hit the first url/ip in the list it will try the second url/ip in the list we have our n-central server setup to live replicate at a different datacenter and use vmware SRM in the event we need to failover to our ...more »

Ability to generate a Maintenance Window Settings Report

It would be very convenient to have the ability to generate a report that shows all devices maintenance window settings/configurations. That way if you want to be sure that several devices have been reconfigured to a new maintenance window setting or you want to check the maintenance window integrity of a specific category of customers you could see it all in one snapshot.

Remote access policies

There should be a function to bulk edit the common settings for all existing policies. At the moment this has to be done on a policy level. We have a different policy for each client because of different passwords. SO every time we want to edit any common settings we have to go through all get the idea....

Edit all settings from the Edit Client and Edit Site dialogs

It would be so much easier to add or change features (MAV, MOB, webprotect ect.. ) from the Edit Client and Edit Site dialog.

Plus you would be able to tell what features are applied to said client/site. Keep the current option as well. This gives us a great way to adjust settings for all standard clients.

Clients - Group Common Features

Some of us monitoring a customer base may have various or specific sets of service packages they offer. Usually this would entail a package having the same feature set but not every customer will have the same package. Now it's great we can apply per customer various features to push down to servers/workstations but it would be better to simplify management if we could also have multiple customers under the same 'group'. ...more »
