First of all, forgive me my poor english. What I would like to see is an expansion of the API possibilities. We offer a service called "Managed Workplace Management". "Managed Workplace Management" is a combination of RMM, Antivirus, Webprotection, patchmanagement, backup & recovery, etc, each with separate settings. Now I want to build a script via API, where a dashboard user and a client group is created (or copied ...more »
It would be nice, if it's possible somehow to provide an overview of the patch management settings of each customer as a total overview and export them as .CSV.
In Administration\Defaults\Appliance Defaults Communication Settings tab you can have multiple listings but this doesn't act how one would assume. How we would like it to act is that if an agent/probe can't hit the first url/ip in the list it will try the second url/ip in the list we have our n-central server setup to live replicate at a different datacenter and use vmware SRM in the event we need to failover to our ...more »
It would be very convenient to have the ability to generate a report that shows all devices maintenance window settings/configurations. That way if you want to be sure that several devices have been reconfigured to a new maintenance window setting or you want to check the maintenance window integrity of a specific category of customers you could see it all in one snapshot.
It would be nice if there is an option to change the default settings. For example change the Backup check mo-fr as default, so I don't have to adjust this every time.
we need the ability to separate "managed antivirus settings" from "managed antivirus policies" in role-based permisions
It would be handy to have a weekly report for a client site that tells us which machines have alerted for whatever reason. Mostly this is for anti virus deep scanning. At the moment you can get an email just as the machine alerts but it would be handy to have the machines collated.
The ability to quickly import or export configuration settings (customers, users, queues, rules, etc) would be very convenient for the purpose of backups or quick reversions.
There should be a function to bulk edit the common settings for all existing policies. At the moment this has to be done on a policy level. We have a different policy for each client because of different passwords. SO every time we want to edit any common settings we have to go through all policies....you get the idea....
Please add the Option to edit multiple devices at once - we cannot edit the Features installed here.
You could Grey-out all the Settings (hostname etc) but changing 3 Devices to a different Policy of a Feature is currently only possible by editing every device single handedly.
It would be awesome to have a Way to export the Configuration of Managed Online Backup in some way.
When we want to Push equal configurations to various customers an Import - Export Button for the Backup Manager Specific Settings would be awesome.
It would be so much easier to add or change features (MAV, MOB, webprotect ect.. ) from the Edit Client and Edit Site dialog.
Plus you would be able to tell what features are applied to said client/site. Keep the current option as well. This gives us a great way to adjust settings for all standard clients.
