Mail custom made powershell output as body

Could you make it possible that when a automation script has been run we can put the output of the script into the body of an e-mail without having to mail it through a self defined smtp server. Now i use the Nofication Sussess Failed and Send task output file in Email. But this is in a zipped file and i would like to have it as the Body of the mail. Maybe you can make a output to body of nofication mail in the automation ...more »

Maintenance windows as schedule variables / scripting triggers

I think it would be of benefit if a device's maintenance windows were available as scripting triggers.

So if there's tasks we wish to perform in sync with a device's existing windows, we can just set it to 'run 60 minutes before reboot' rather than make multiple different scheduled task profiles.

Accept Booleans as Check Boxes for Automation Policies

It would be nice to be able to use booleans in an automation policy with the added effect of allowing certain input parameters to only show when certain boxes are checked. This would allow for more complex and user friendly Automation Policies without the need to give the user to many options when they are running specific Automation Policies. To give a small example, I have a disk cleanup script that has multiple sections ...more »

Failed Check - Assign Task - Re-run check

Hi, I have a successful failed check and run automated task setup for Windows Defender updates. However, the loop doesnt close when the automated task runs successfully. So I am left with an open alert and ticket. The suggestion is to run the associated DSC check(s) again manually. For full automation it would be good to have the associated DSC check run again, say 2 or 3 times max (to prevent an infinite loop on continuous ...more »

Run Task on Check Failure to include Vulnerability scan

The ability to run a task on a check failure is essential to automating resolutions to common problems. Since we are having to manage the VulnScan regularly, it would be advantageous to be able to run some "quick Fixes" to see if those can solve the issues prior to our involvement. Several people have come up with (mostly) automated ways of dealing with some of the vuln scan issues. But it still takes time to kick ...more »

Sales/Project/Service call Pipline and visual board

I would like to have a visual aspect for all open tickets. This would specifically be for new Leads that call in for a Break-fix service call, project work, network analysis, or IT consultations. This is a sales funnel for new business leads or contract clients that express interest in additional solutions. The help desk view is great but I would like a visual aspect as we move "New Business" companies/Contacts from: ...more »

Assign procedure to a ticket

We'd like to be able to assign a procedure to a ticket. We would use it as a task list. We have already workflows in place for different tasks, for example, creating a new user. We need to create the user, create an email, assign the email to the user, assign correct GPOs, groups, etc. If we could just import a procedure (with checkboxes if possible) inside a ticket as task, we could standardize our service and we'd be ...more »

Queuing scheduled tasks

In Kaseya if we pushed out a procedure (read scheduled task) to a bunch of machines we could tell it to queue the machines over a time frame (say 4 hours) so that you didn't have 50 machines all trying to access the same file share at the same time with the same credentials. Currently when we try to run any scheduled tasks that require copying a file from a customer's file share we have to set up several small groups ...more »
