When you place a service request, the cancel order button returns to Request Service after a certain amount of time. I suggest that the Engineering team increase the timeout to at least 30 minutes, thus avoiding call forwarding to the MSP queue.

Please add a "Appoval Date" to Patches within Patchmanagement.
Currently we have to search the User activity log when we want to find out when a Patch was released and approved for installation.
Please add the Option to edit multiple devices at once - we cannot edit the Features installed here.
You could Grey-out all the Settings (hostname etc) but changing 3 Devices to a different Policy of a Feature is currently only possible by editing every device single handedly.
Currently MAV and WebProtection are handeled with Policys, whilst patchamangement is configured directly through Customer / Site / Device.
Can we recieve the option to have Policys for Patchmanagement as well?
So that we can work around the Customer /Site /Device hirarcy?
Please add the Option for Users Rights and Roles
so that we can specify for Users whether these can
