I would like the ability to change technician colors in the Scheduling section of MSP Manager NGP.
When viewing NCentral using the Device - Servers in Dashboards we can see "Logged IN User", however when you create your own Dashboard you do not have the ability to add "Logged in User", this ability would be exceptionally handy.
It would be very helpful to have the ability to set the password expiration time for a users password. We are using the cloud solution, so we do not have this ability.
Would like to add password proxy services.As an admin/operator I would like to put access passwords to devices like switches, routers, firewalls, and other devices. Must connect with services like SSH, Telnet, RDP, Web, etc... Then have the Agent/Representative just click to connet without putting a password in. There currently no way at this time to monitor c:\%appdata% folder using Folder Info monitoring.
It would be nice to be able to monitor such things as user temp folders.
Allow an existing web interface email user to also be the domain user within Mail Assure, currently, the domain user needs to be unique and an existing email user cannot be assigned this role with additional privileges.

It would be nice if there is an option so that the dashboard user can also customize his own whitelist. At this moment i can set the permission in "Roles and Permissions", but the user can then edit all my webprotection policies of all my customers and that is soemthing i don't want.
At the moment, the Active Directory Report shows Deleted/Disabled Users.
I would like to have the ability to remove/hide those from the report so that I can have an accurate representation of the enabled/active users in my Environment.
This is broken. I've submitted a ticket and got nowhere. If you open a user from Customers and try to change the name or password, you get an error "A user with this email already exists". Admins can edit users by manually finding them in Settings/General Settings/Users, but this is much more tedious to locate them, and only users with admin rights can access 'Settings'. Please fix.
It would be useful to know the last three or five usernames who logged on to a workstation or server rather than just the latest . The most persistent username could be highlighted in some way also.
It would be nice if the users can see the Sub-status of their ticket from the front screen in "My Tickets" at present they can only see Status and if this is "HOLD" they think their request has been shelved. The view change is available in our ticket view but why not the users view?
A customer I setup is receiving every client's critical report email as if they were an admin for my company. I created a user for the customer. I assigned the user to a custom role based on "Client" profile that I created. I assigned the user to a group with only his company in that group.
