In MSP RMM product, allow ability to copy monitoring templates. We may have a default template that we use for all clients/sites, but then when we have a new customer, we may need to customize the template. Now, we must create a template from scratch. Would save lots of time being able to copy an existing template and modify as required, and seems like a relatively quick/easy/low risk function to add.

I work at a small MSP and sometimes our clients cannot be reached immediately following a failed check. I have to call to their centers which sometimes cannot be reached via phone. I would like a way to see if a machine is currently attended by a user at their workstation. I would like a small popup notification for a list of target workstations, to notify me when they come online. There are a lot of road warrior workstations that are behind on patches, automated tasks, etc., and they get powered on for a brief moment. It would be nice to tag certain workstations to alert me, so I can immediately head over and send commands.
I would like to see the "Problem Workstations" without the "Overdue Workstations". There could be a separate drop-down for 'Overdue Workstations' like there is for 'Overdue Servers'. Overdue Workstations are usually Laptops (or Desktops) that have gone to sleep, why do we need to see these as 'Problem Workstations'. I would like to see additional options in the wall chart settings to configure the display of overdue workstations. Currently if workstation checks are selected we see overdue servers as well (even it all checks are passing)
Additionally the overdue workstations that do appear show up grey rather than yellow. I would like to see this colour-coded to match the north pane in the dashboard.
At this point if you have a workstation that is overdue ( shaded in yellow ) which also happens to have a failed check the device will still be displayed as a problem workstation even if you reset the failed check. Apparently this is due to the dashboard not submitting this change to the agent since the workstation is not communicating with the dashboard at this time. Can we get a check that verifies how long since the servers last reboot, and gives us the ability to customize how many days since the last boot before the check fails? Personally I'd like to know how many of my servers haven't been rebooted in the last 30/60/90 days so I can make sure they get rebooted.
Is it possible to split the Monitoring and Management pane to view problem servers and problem workstations as a separate hierarchy. At the moment if there is an issue with a workstation the client shows as red even if the servers are OK it would be nice to split this so we have a separate section for servers showing all clients and another for workstations. showing the same clients.

We can install the agent on a desktop OS and instruct it to install in Server mode for greater flexibility, but cannot do the inverse. We have several cases where we want to use a Server OS in a less critical environment, and don't want the extra monitoring costs or features.
