When we redeliver a message is is sent successfully by MA however exchange drops it as a duplicate email. We cannot reliably turn this off therefore is it possible to either have the previous Exchange message ID removed from the headers so it cannot be seen as a duplicate or have the option to redeliver the email as an attachment to another email
In MSP mail you could control filtering on a per-user basis, this is missing from MailAssure.
You could better this by offering optional inbound or outbound filtering on a per user basis.
It would be nice to white-list domains for outbound messages. Recently I had a customer who's messages where being rejected outbound by MailAssure to do with the word 'inquiry' an outbound domain white list would have solved this.
Would it be possible to search both incoming and outgoing messages in the same log search, for delivered mail and archived messages, instead of a separate one for either incoming or outgoing?
When spam is quarantined, and a user logs into the console, they are able to see other user's that may have been sent the same message quarantined. This confuses the user's as they are seeing other user's messages in their quarantine. Is there a way to change the way only show the "User's" messages, not everyone that is listed as the Recipient as this confuses users. They wonder why they can see others Quarantined ...more »
Can we get a report that includes blacklisted messages for the recipients?
It would be nice to access the RAW data for all the delivered, queued, rejected, etc messages for troubleshooting purposes.
Would like the ability to have a link on the Email Scout Reports that are sent to customers. This way they can click on the link to get access to their control panel like what we saw in MSP Mail.
Is it possible to block creditcard data in mail to be compliant with PCI-DSS?
I have a customer that is refuting the release of a message from the digest email. A log search detailing the time and date, also the IP address and possibly the user should be available, so can I suggest this as an idea.
Would like to see the ability to search messages both Inbound and Outbound by the content within the body of the email message.
Thank you :)
The MSP Mail provided the mail in a straightforward email format. The search features are nice, but end users are having trouble navigating to find what they need. Too many clicks for some to see the queued mail if the server is down. Can the emails be shown in a format similar to webmail for end users?
