We give some clients access to their machines through our NCentral dashboard. Take Control has way too many administrative features for them to use and cause damage. We would like to be able to limit the functionality, in a big way, by user.
Solarwinds Take Control
End-users need the ability to blank the screen as well. We have a new client who wants the ability to connect in to their computer and work in QuickBooks. Their computer is not is a locked office so anyone that is in that office would be able to see what she's doing. I set her up with an account and told her that was a feature of the product only to find it greyed out when I went to show her.
There should be an option to integrate Take Control with a ticketing system so that a ticket will automatically be created when a customer submits a support request.
On the previous admin area we were able to change a technician display name, that was eg: Misspelled at creation. We need this feature back as Technicians are not allowed to login to the admin area and we maintain these from a central point.
No painel antigo, em Relatórios, era possível filtrar o cliente para ter na tela o Total de Sessões e Tempo total em sessões, isso facilitava bastante o envio desse relatório para o cliente. Enable the remote client session to read data from the local card reader.
Hoje no "DETALHES DO CLIENTE" salvamos o e-mail do cliente. Se puxarmos o acesso, ao finalizar o atendimento vem a tela "ENVIAR O RELATÓRIO PARA O SEGUINTE E-MAIL: email@example.com" (o e-mail já vem preenchido). Mas quando o cliente chama, e encerramos a sessão não vem com o e-mail preenchido, tendo o trabalho de sempre ter que conferir qual o e-mail e sempre ter que digitar ao encerrar uma sessão. When adding a technician profile in the Admin Area, you can select the Permissions Template to automatically configure the Permissions for the technician. However, there is no way to create your own templates. This will be useful so that you can specify a template for multiple technician profiles and updating the template will update the permissions for all the technicians.
In the lower right corner it is always shown when a user is in a Take Control session.
This notification can be in the way or considered annoying.
Please make it (re)move-able.
In the Problem Description and Session History sections of the MSP Anywhere Technician Console, there are places to take notes, but they are not saved on the console or in the Admin Area.
I would like the ability to save notes in the console, and be able to view them later on the console and in the Admin Area Session History section.
