Patch management - dashboard installation indicator

Currently the Dashboard has no at-a -glance way of identifying which devices have Patch Management missing/installed or where patches failed to install. The column "Patches Pending" could be enhanced to indicate "Patch Management installed" with a Green dot and maybe yellow for "Patch Management missing". It already uses blue dot for pending patches. Run Risk Intelligence Task From The North Panel

We are able to run multiple task from the north panel but we cannot run the Risk Intelligence Task from the North Pane. It would be nice if the dashboard could see all of the task that each devices has and if you select all of the devices as long as they all have the same task it can be execute from the north pane all at once instead of having to go through the south pane and run the task one by one which depending on ...more »

Backup and Recovery - Exceptions

Please allow for per device and per company configuration of "Files and Folders" Backup and Recovery to allow for adding file and folder exceptions in RMM/MSP RMM. At the present time "Files and Folders" will encounter errors with OneDrive/Sharepoint's Files-on-Demand feature which results in repeated backup failures and there is no way to rectify this issue. GFI MAX - Teamviewer Integration Password Issue

If TeamViewer Host is already installed on a machine and contains a static password for example for a third party administrator, it is not possible to connect to the machine over the dashboard. This is caused by the GFIMAX password placed as second or third password in the TeamViewer host password management and the agent fails to complete the integration or to identify the GFIMAX password.

Notification about removed computer

When Advance Monitoring Agent is removed by customer or PC is completely reinstalled, the system should have an option to notify us (at least an e-mail would be VERY helpful). Some of our users are home users and we cannot do password protected uninstallation and some of they are aware how to reinstall their station. Smarter Backup & Recovery checks - Improvements

Hello, We would like to request an improvement regarding the way the integrated backup check currently works. Currently, if a backup is not ran accordingly to the schedule that is set up on the device, the backup check is ran anyway and we get an outage saying the backup wasn't done.
