Add search function in User Accounts dialog

For bigger MSP organisations which easily can have 100-200+ technicians in the RMM system the Settings > Users > User Accounts dialog becomes really hard to navigate. There is the possibility to sort on different columns but a simple search box where you could enter parts of a name and get an instant filter/search result below would be very helpful.

Keep Client name in SolarWinds RMM red even if device turns off

Have several clients that have only 1 device. This device is usually a laptop and not a desktop so it frequently goes offline. What I see is that when a check fails it triggers the Client Name under Monitoring and Management to turn RED. Need a Way to Manage Clients / Sites By Tiers based on Features

There should be a way for the MSP's to quickly see what "Tier" or "Status" their client / site is and this would be based on what type of features they are being billed on. This would allow MSP's to quickly monitor and see if the client has features installed that they either aren't paying for, or are paying for but don't currently have installed.

Expanding API possibilities

A 24 x 7 Check of HARDWARE/SOFTWARE MODIFICATION

I would like to have a 24x7 check or DCS check maybe of HARDWARE/SOFTWARE modification. Depending of the use case is important to know. Example: a not authorized people to modify, unfix or install/unistall a hardware/software without authorization. And possibility of a report of what HARDWARE/SOFTWARE was modificated.

E-Mail Notifications When New Agent Installs are Detected

There should be a function that allows users to get e-mail reminders when a new agent install is detected on the dash. The customer had indicated to me it's sometimes difficult to keep track of new devices for accounting purposes when his techs install new devices and e-mail reminders would help them keep track of this for their backend accounting purposes.
