Track Download of Branding Files

Currenlty Systray and Agent can be branded locally. Both download the images and then extract them locally. There is currently NO way of verifying that this Custom MSP Branding is displayed on the local machine. The only way is to remote onto the machine and open the agent / look at the Tray icon Please add a flag in the Dashboard for the Branding - so that we see an "active" when the images are downloaded and implemented ...more »

Allow client to ignore Not Started sources from profile

Robust profiles (all sources) deployed as of 8/20 show Not Started on the Backup Dashboard when one or more sources isn't started. To be able to not have to use multiple profiles or change profiles after deployment, I'd like a way to be able to ignore those sources without any profile changes, like you can exclude files from backup.

On the dashboard, the customer name column should be locked.

The problem with the current dashboard is: first column is the customer name or device, anyhow: that is how you recognize the row. When scrolling horizontal your customer identification goes out of sight, so you have no clue which line is who's account, so: you get lost and can make mistakes easily. See my screenshot. Project overview Dashboard

I would like to have a Project Overview Dashboard where I can view all projects on all customers and the important data, like:

Amount of project tickets

Involved resources

Amount of hours

project overall status: (on hold, completed, in work and so on)

 

A possibility to drill deeper into the projects or reported tickets I projects like in Company Dashboard > User Stats.

Ability to customise/add tiles on Dashboard - Aging Tickets etc

It would be very useful (and I think very easy) to be able to customise the 5 tile buttons that sit below the "my stats" section on "My Dashboard"

Specifically being able to add things like "unassigned tickets" or "My open tickets" etc.

Being able to customise this per user would be very helpful.

Mail Assure

TLS Settings available within the Dashboard

In the MSP Mail platform, users were allowed to specify enforcing TLS, enforcing TLS if possible, and not requiring it. These options are not available within the Mail Assure Platform. It would be nice to see these options within the Mail Assure platform and grant control over how certain domains process emails and handle TLS directly. Block viewing of filters/dashboards/repository items from above

I'd like the ability to block customer level users from being able to access filter/dashboard/repositoy items that were created at a higher level. I don't want to completely remove access to the filters/dashboards/repo as they should be able to manage items at their level and below, but don't want them being able to look into the items that were created at a higher level, since they're not a higher level user that should ...more »

Add "new ticket/add a new ticket" button when on dashboard

Hi! I would be extremely useful to have a button for "New Ticket" or "Add a New Ticket" when looking at the customer on the dashboard. This would eliminate me from having to then click tickets and then choose "Add a ticket". The most common action when you open a customer's information is going to be to add a ticket, in my opinion.
