When a new ticket gets created via an RMM outage it should be able to be handled separately from general ticket creation. These need to be assignable to specific users to get notifications. It would be great to be able to configure the availability of restorable sources.
A reseller wants the end-users to be able to restore files and folders only,
although systemstate and some possible network shares are selected aswell.
In some cases we may want to set the maximum allowed number of Workstations and Servers for a Client. If an agent is installed into one of the Client's sites that would result in the max. being exceeded, then the device should not be added to the dashboard and the install should return an appropriate error message. On MAX Backup, I'd like to get an e-mail alert if the client reach a defined threshold, as an example if my client reaches 10.1GB and I sat up a threshold at 10GB, I'd get an e-mail.

Under Settings > PSA Integration > Configure, the name format is lacking. It would be more helpful if it could include additional failure information. I would like the ability to differentiate between Internal and External Private IP's when setting up or configuring a Web Protection policy.
Currently MAX Backup can push backup stats to Autotask and ConnectWise. Please add this same capability for Managed Online Backup in MAX RemoteManagement.
Currently when using the Virtual Drive Tool the default letter is set to B: or it looks in the Bios which is the first available letter that can be used for this feature. It would be nice if it is possible to decide during the setup of this tool which letter my Virtual Drive should be mapped.

Would like for the end-user have ability to request a whitelist or whitelist a blocked website themselves. This can be done by clicking on a "Proceed Anyway" button, submitting a built-in whitelist request form, or bypass by entering their dashboard credentials. A check box could be available indicating "I understand this website was being blocked for my protection and wish to proceed anyway."
please add an alert function if the device is abroad and transfering data. Many end customers would like to get alerted in those cases, that's why this function should have the possibility to send and email/sms to the end customer, too.
