As Solarwinds RMM supports F-Secure Internet Security, F-Secure are moving away from that product and are now using Computer Protection instead.

We need the ability to monitor F-Secure Computer Protection as an Antivirus check on the RMM agent.

Some clients use industry specific software for example automotive clients use Mitchel Shop management software. We don't have a list of sites that need to be unblocked. As a customer, I would like the ability to flip the Filtering Order so that the Whitelist trumps the Blacklist.

I would like to set this up so that I can blacklist top level domains such as *.science that have a high risk of abuse and then whitelist individual sites as the need arises.

When entering IP addresses in Web Protection whitelist or blacklist, have a "Notes" field associated with the entry to keep info about the IP, why it was whitelisted/blacklisted, website it is associated with, etc. This is vital when whitelisting IPs of CDNs or other backround IPs used by certain websites. It would be great to receive an e-mail/notification on when a laptop, desktop or any other client device being monitored boots up. In the case of the device in question being stolen it would be useful to know when the thief starts the machine up. That way we could remotely watch the criminal doing his business. When adding an internationalised URL to whitelists or blacklists in Web Protection, the non-English characters are automatically removed. Instead the URLs should be automatically converted to their IDNA counterpart. E.g. If entering verktøy.no it will be automatically changed to verkty.no. we would like to see the known IPs of Locky Servers and the like (which one is being pointed towards in the logic cards every once in a while) to be auto blocked by Web Protection so you do not have to manually adjust all of your protection policies everytime a new IP is being added to the list.

The ability to schedule a removal and install / re-install of a service such as managed antivirus. This would allow for removal, scheduled reboot then re-installation if required or out of hours application of a service.

So, the Web Protection reports seem to be the only reports that are only available for 30 Days.

I can generate reports for all other features, or monthly reports back for years, so I do not see the actual reason as to why this does not apply to the Web Protection reports.

Even if it was just for consistency reasons, make generating Web Protection reports behaviour equal to all other reports.

We use a lot web filtering, but it's create a lot of noise on support. Users calls us regularly or sends mails to be unblocked on web site.

Is would be so easy to manage if the end user had in the message "This web site is blocked by admin..." printed on screen the possibility to click on a link, that sends us a simple way to whitelist the website or not.

It coud be managed with policies.

It would be a great productivity gain if we could right click on a blocked URL in the south pane in web protection that then either added to the white list of the current policy or allow temporary access for say 4 hours and immediately re-run checks to push the change immediately on all machines in the same site.
