Would like to see a device count per Device class in report Managed Devices SLA Report
It would be nice to have a "notifications" section of the MailAssure UI, where all notifications are grouped together. As part of this, being able to control specific notifications (such as a quarantine report) and specify which emails the reports and notifications are going to there (if we want notifications to go to a different email address than the user's email) for finer control over what notifications are sent.
Users carry out actions by clicking in their quarantine reports (for example they click on "Release and Train" for a particular email). It would be great to be able to pull a report for all devices at a client showing their scan dates like you can for windows machines in RMM. It would make it a lot easier to see the status of AV scans for clients with macs instead of individually going in and looking at each one's devices logs on the MAC-MSP Site.
An 'active issues' report would be very handy.
The data is available and export as well but it's not available as a report.
It would be great addition if it was possible to receive the data of the Take Control report via API call.
To combine / integrate the session info and length to a third party ticket system and provide an easy logging for the user and customer this way.
Thank you for you consideration.
The ability to have ignored devices on Noc, to be not shown in executive summary reports.
We can get system information from the Admin Area and from the general tab when connected to a machine. But would be nice to have an audit feature report, where you can pull the system information for a selected group of machines.
I would like to be able to select different fields to be output as a report or CSV file.
I just want a list of all devices I manage, with site, hostname, and their installed OS. Or serial number, or installed RAM, or free space on drive C.
Spiceworks has a similar feature that works quite well and I'm honestly a bit surprised that Solarwinds doesn't allow me to do this.

And also to be able to report and have a dashboard on the Server Pack / Feature Pack / Build version across all Servers and workstations across all customers, and also per customer. And this ...more »
