Would like to see a function available in Backup Manager to filter for and back up specific file types (separate from the Documents backup, that's built into the All-In version of the Backup Manager software).
Would like to see Office 365 back up all mail, not just mail that has been deleted since the last time the backup ran.
When using the Recovery Console via proxy this currently does not work.

For those who do not login from the RMM dashboard and independently use the Backup product, the Backup Console URGENTLY requires a MFA to log in. A compromised password can expose hundreds of client backups! In this day and age, not having a MFA to access such a sensitive portal relegates is not acceptable.
Would like to see individual statistics for each VM - specifically, how much space they are taking up in both Selected size and Used storage, for all backups that are in retention.
Please allow for per device and per company configuration of "Files and Folders" Backup and Recovery to allow for adding file and folder exceptions in RMM/MSP RMM. At the present time "Files and Folders" will encounter errors with OneDrive/Sharepoint's Files-on-Demand feature which results in repeated backup failures and there is no way to rectify this issue. Request for Connectwise integration into the Backup & Recovery Web Console (https://backup.management) include the ability to create a ticket in Connectwise, similar to N-Central's integration.
In the Backup Profiles in backup.management, requesting the ability to add specific days to the schedule.
Some devices in Recovery Console have identical starting names (such as dc01_); this makes it difficult to identify which device is which. Adding a column for the full machine name would help in identifying the device for restore purposes.
