We need a filter on N-Central Active Issues, that filters out devices where the MSP Backup hasn't run in x days. We get a lot of errors saying "Time Since Last Successful Backup (days) - x" Well, these device have been offline for several days... At the moment there is only one option to find out which devices are currently in maintenance mode in your dashboard. This being the option to add the maintenance column to the North Pane and then trying order the devices by this. It would be nice quality of life improvement if this was also a choosable option inside the Filter Manager to offer a more granular approach to filtering. Sometimes we have a list of machine names already, and don't want to build a filter around it. It would be really useful for the freetext device search field to accept a comma-delimited list of machine names.

An SO Level account may need to create and share a filter to lower levels, they may also need to have those lower level accounts adjust the filter. This isn't currently possible as equivalent or higher accounts can edit the filter.
To overcome this, the SO level account would need to make a lower level account which is equal to the customer level account for them to be able to edit the filter.
Currently the agent, when installed on a server, returns the installed Roles and Features for that server. It is reported and can be seen under the Asset tab on a Windows Server device. It would be very beneficial to allow filters to be made based off the Roles/Features that are installed on a given server. Currently there is no way to search for information like Serial Number or Asset Tag in the "All Devices" screen. Currently the only way to perform this kind of search is to start creating a filter and sort by "Hardware > System Serial Number > Contains". We have Scout Reports scheduled up to three times daily. At the bottom of each report is the option for the user to unsubscribe from the reports (screen shot attached). There needs to a way for us, as administrators, to disable this option.
After introducing partial support for sites into n-central quite some time ago, support for customers/sites was removed or never actually added in filter previews and reports.
I am told that for a report or filter to include the customer/site instead of just a device name, a feature request needs to be created because Solarwinds consider this to be by design.
I'd like the ability to block customer level users from being able to access filter/dashboard/repositoy items that were created at a higher level. I don't want to completely remove access to the filters/dashboards/repo as they should be able to manage items at their level and below, but don't want them being able to look into the items that were created at a higher level, since they're not a higher level user that should ...more »
