Granular Permissions for Reporting

You shouldn't need to allow a user to have access to manage Patch Management just so that they can see reports on patching.

I want Account Managers to have access to Reports but don't want them to be able to change configuration/approvals etc.


I'd like the ability to access all reports without having admin access to all the sections (Patch Mgmt, AV Status, Backup Manager etc)

More granular user permissions

The whole user roles and permissions system should be revamped. We'd like to be able to customize more the roles for our users. Granular Email Notifications

Could you make the e-mail alerting a little more granular? I'd like to receive notification of new tickets in our 'Support Queue', so I have that set to "queue specific", but I don't want to receive an e-mail of internal notes on tickets I'm not assigned to as I'm getting swamped.

There seems to be no way to handle this at present

Single item Exchange restore via Managed Online Backup

There should be a way to restore a single item from an Exchange backup performed via the Managed Online Backup solution. Site level control/reports/permissions

At the moment most things are configured at the "Client" level which makes life difficult to do things for clients that have sites that are independently managed.
