The main goal of this report is to quickly show features that are enabled in each device and their installation status especially the installation error message found at the summary tab.
When accessing the Network Tab and Connected Devices there are discovered items there that are not useful to our management due to the age of the device. The usable automated task 'add user to local group' does not have any failure conditions, so if it is returning an error it would still show up as successful in the dashboard with no indication that it failed whatsoever. I would like to have the ability to have the DCS DISK HEALTH CHECK option on other disk drives and not just the main one.

Can you think to do a native PSA integration with Service now ?
RMM Customers are forced to use long strings of data rather than device names in the Recovery Console, and that becomes unwieldy after awhile.

I would like to be able to use the same credentials to login to the Customer Support Portal that are used to login to RMM, Take Control Plus, MSP Manager, Backup and Recovery, etc.
SSO has been implemented on these products, and I would like this to be implemented into the Customer Support Portal so I can use a single set of credentials for all SolarWinds Products and Customer Support.
Could we get FortiClient added to the Antivirus check list?
As Panda is now moving towards Panda Cloud Protection Plus with their Aether Agent, we do not have an AV check that we can use that will display any information for this product. It was suggested by Support that we raise this as an "idea".

In RMM's Networks tab's south pane, devices are listed. It's currently impossible to copy hostnames, IPs, MAC addresses, etc from the list of devices for pasting elsewhere. Other device listings such as the Servers or Workstations tab allow copying hostnames and other text. The Networks tab is much less useful since users can't copy text that appears there. I have any clients with BROTHER prints. I'd like to control TONER LEVELS, for example, on SNMP check. And if possible too save on SNMP portfolio (predefined checks).
Windows 10 includes free Windows Defender AV Monitoring and Updates. Currently this service is not monitored in the RMM dashboard. Please update to include this since new Windows 10 clients will all have this service installed.
