I want to send a filtered dashboard to my clients every week to show their selected data size. I can only send a scheduled report to a user with an account in Backup Management Console. I don't want my clients to have access to the portal so please allow external email addresses to be added as a recipient of scheduled reports.
I have created a set of really useful dashboard views which I cannot share with other engineers. The only option is for each tech to set the view for themselves. Please make dashboard views public. Additionally, I email dashboard views daily into support to show failed backups and failed states (LSV, VDR, etc). There is no way for other techs to see who's sending these emails or manage them. We want to give Customers access to create and schedule Reports that they want, however we need to either Hide the Recipient list or restrict it so that a user only sees Recipients at their level or below (i.e. a user created at a Customer level would only see Customer and Site Users) Submitting this at the recommendation of SW Support re: Case #01174477 "Please submit your request to the Product Manager at http://ideas.solarwindsmsp.com ...more »

it would be nice to see the ability to run a report from ncentral and schedule it for a certain day of the month. right now i do not see this as an option.
We'd like to receive a notification when a scheduled report fails for some reason
This way we wouldn't need to worry about monitoring our scheduled reports every month
The latest updates to the Report Manager are a huge step in the right direction, but there's a few things I would still love to see that will really help me automate the creation and distribution of reports. - Cleaner contact assignment for Distribution Groups and customer association. Currently I can only adjust them with the exported CSV file and then import it again, but I would like the option of editing them in ...more »
N-central-based reports should follow the report parameters when a preview is generated.

For example, running a scheduled report preview for a monthly report which is supposed to start on the first will, instead, generate a report preview starting a month back from the date on which the preview is being run.
An option to automatically delete scheduled reports in Report Manager after a customer is deleted. This could be optional, and/or could wait for more than one maintenance cycle to ensure the deletion wasn't accidental, but would help keep the Scheduled Reports section more tidy.
I'd like to see the some improvements to the Patch Management Overview reports, namely the ability to automate sending the reports as you can with the client reports and also having the ability to define groups of clients that you can report on. That would allow one to set up groups for different MSP service levels and then automate a report about the state of their patching. So maybe you have a gold group that delivers ...more »
