it would be good to be able to generate a report for all the alerts that gets raised on a daily basis. at the moment we can do that per customers level but i am unable to generate one for all customers. the reports are generated will assist in providing accuracy on the number of alerts handled across all managed customers. at the moment we do that manually by combining the output in Excel.
it would be nice to see the ability to run a report from ncentral and schedule it for a certain day of the month. right now i do not see this as an option.
We'd like to receive a notification when a scheduled report fails for some reason
This way we wouldn't need to worry about monitoring our scheduled reports every month

N-central-based reports should follow the report parameters when a preview is generated.
As it stands, when you run a preview for a scheduled report, the parameters aren't follows. For example, running a scheduled report preview for a monthly report which is supposed to start on the first will, instead, generate a report preview starting a month back from the date on which the preview is being run.
An option to automatically delete scheduled reports in Report Manager after a customer is deleted. This could be optional, and/or could wait for more than one maintenance cycle to ensure the deletion wasn't accidental, but would help keep the Scheduled Reports section more tidy.
I'd like to see the some improvements to the Patch Management Overview reports, namely the ability to automate sending the reports as you can with the client reports and also having the ability to define groups of clients that you can report on. That would allow one to set up groups for different MSP service levels and then automate a report about the state of their patching. So maybe you have a gold group that delivers ...more »
