I would like to be able to sort/filter devices by IP address in the north pane of the dashboard.
We use a dashboard to list current issues across multiple customers. We find that the customer column only shows half the name. Re-sizable columns would make it so we can display the whole customer name. We would like to be able to make better use of the space available if only displaying a few columns.
This has been the case for years; Why doesn't clicking on the task status on a specific device's associations take you to that specific task status? It instead takes you to the entire task output at the site, customer, or device level depending on where you access the device from. This means that instead of getting the one task output I actually want, I'm having to wade through thousands of entries that aren't event sorted ...more »
Since the task status page is dynamic and doens't fully load (meaning you can't search in the browser),
it's even more improtant to have be able to sort the order the output is dispalyed in and to be able to filter the columns to further help with this.
I don't want to keep having to resort to email output to be able to find the task output for a particular device.
For customers having a lot of open tickets with the MSP it's hard to get a good overview. Please add sorting on the columns on the My Tickets page.

When an Organization owner views all tickets for their Organization via the user front-end they must wade through all the Max RM generated tickets to view tickets submitted by their employees. They need the ability to filter or sort the tickets.
When I click on a column header in the north pane, ie: Pending Patches, it should sort those workstations that have pending patches to the top. I never click a column header for any reason other than to see those involved entries. As it stands, I always have to click the header twice.
Sorting involved entries to the bottom of the stack by default makes no sense to me.
This is a minor suggestion, but should be an easy fix. Please, reverse the sort order of the CPU column in the Remote Process Control window. When I click on the CPU column to sort by CPU usage, I want to see the HIGHEST CPU usage first, not the lowest. I know a second click gets the right order, but that should be the order given by the first click. It took Microsoft many years to get that right in Task Manager, ...more »
