Actual Multi Monitor support (view 2 remote monitors at once)

MSP Anywhere really needs TRUE multi Monitor support, with the ability to break out multiple remote monitors into separate windows (so you can see both remote monitors at the same time, without having to flip back and forth) This idea/feature request was posted over a year ago: http://ideas.solarwindsmsp.com/a/dtd/MSP-Anywhere-Multi-Monitor-support/259334-4178 And for some reason is marked as "completed" when the functionality ...more »

Remote Agent - Stealth Install and Stealth Monitoring

We would like the ability to have the option for a stealth install & or remote viewing session should it be required by the client to monitor their employees. We have many requests from company owners to monitor their staff for a number of reasons. Currently when we log in there is a date/time stamp of the last session and the cursor also rapidly flashes/blinks when we're connected in which alerts the user to us being ...more »

Automated reporting

We provide our clients with a monthly remote-control report through N-Central to let them know when we’ve connected to their machines. I know that there is a report I can run through MSPAnywhere to do the same, but we'd really need to be able to schedule those reports for it to be useful. Right now there is a hole in our client reporting.

Entry Level Cost for MSP Anywhere

How about the entry level for MSP Anywhere NOT costing $600/year. ConnectWise has a FREE entry level that has one active connection and 3 nodes. You really need to look at your competitors and actually try to be competitive. 300 agents is not entry level and most startup MSPs such as ours can't affor 50/month for each thing and we don't have that many break-fix AND we already have n-central. Why would I want to buy 300 ...more »

Option on Mac system shell to logon as a user or root

When using MSP Connect to connect to a MacOS system, the System Shell runs as root.

Would like to see an option to either run the system shell as root or to Log on as another user.

this is to be able to run commands that require to run as a specific user like filevault.

ex:

sudo fdesetup removerecovery -personal

will not run because root is not a registered user in filevault by default.
