Wake On Lan - Looking at LogMeIn, this is a very handy feature, they use another online PC to then send the WOL packet to the PC you want switching on. How many people think this would be very handy?

Sometimes a user becomes unavailable they change their phone number, they get a new email address, etc and we need to be able to popup a message to alert them to an issue or to have them contact us with a new phone number, email address, or just call us back.
This is becoming a bigger issue at renewal time trying to track them down.
I notice that the DSC hacker check is able to report on the number of attempts that have occurred over the past 24 hours. However, it would be nice that the hacker check would show a summary of what user name(s) caused the authentication or login failure and associate that account with the number of attempted failures Also, it would be nice to see what time the failures have occured during the day. We need a TakeControl Viewer for MAC, since some customers do work on a MAC-book and need to use TakeControl in there work with MAX RMM.

It would be really useful to be able to see installed / default printers in Asset Tracking.
Can it be made possible to make an extra maintenance-module in GFI MAX RM, the agent?. During these hours, the machine where it runs on, could have high CPU/Disk/mem usage, etc and thus create unwanted alerts that might set a chain of events in action, you don't want. I know you can use the server to SNMP to other devices, be would be really good to be able to add routers, switches, WAPs, PBX etc as objects in the dashboard that then link back to a server SNMP check. Would make the monitor MUCH more complete. Advance Monitoring Agent should have an option of a password requirement for removal to stop uninstall by mistake or local user.
We often need to provide to the customers which licence key is installed on which computer.
It could be greate if we had a licence key inventory to provide this information...

Allow us to execute commands, scripts, without the client being aware of anything. Sometimes we would prefer this over remote desktop or Take Control. Competing products have long offered this and it is a compelling and powerful feature.
We really need to be able to auto approve patches for a particular vendor or product. For instance, auto approve all patches for Adobe products or auto approve all Java patches. Right now we can only choose to auto approve ALL non-microsoft patches that fall into a specific severity (critical, important, etc).
The Agent should checking whenever the service starts. This would ensure that we know as soon as systems are back online, rather than having to wait for the next scheduled checkin period.
At the moment when rebooting a workstation it stays 'offline' in the dashboard for a long time rather than instantly reporting they are online.
