With all of the new tablets coming out, and android becoming so popular, I would like to see a "Take Control" function that works seamlessly on an Android system. I personally have an android tablet and think this would b a huge boon to assisting while on the move.
Be able to use take control for Linux... There is already a team view app for Linux..
It would be great if there were more flexible options for remote control within GFI Max. For example, we might want to license Team Viewer separately for all of our remote support needs (on the fly support, meetings/presentations), and it would be really great if we could use our own Team Viewer 7 license integrated with GFI Max instead of the bundled Take Control version of Team Viewer. It would also be nice to have ...more »
LogMeIn Free has a feature where you can reboot a machine into Safe Mode with Networking and still have LogMeIn enabled after the reboot. This is SUPER handy when you need to get rid of viruses that are starting up with the computer when booting into normal mode. This command can be sent to the computer before even getting to the remote control screen through Preferences, Advanced, Reboot Options. So even when the machine ...more »

it would be nice if you could enter an additional password for the take control host in the Dashboard (settings for take control).
So the Agent would be directly available with the second password for other supportes which are using teamviewer.
In addition it would be good if you could see the currentyl addressed Teamviewer ID in the Summary.
It can be annoying when a user has closed the Team Viewer from their system notification tray, as this prevent us from getting on. The only ways around is to (1) reboot the machine, (2) ask the user to launch Team Viewer from the start menu or (3) hop on to the machine using VNC to launch Team Viewer. Can I suggest that you either allow us to control whether the icon can be closed or to relaunch after a short duration. ...more »
Upgrade Take Control / Team Viewer to version 8, typically the older versions flag up on vulnerability scans and it would be great if GFI could maintain that Team Viewer is kept up to date via the regular agent roll releases.
It would be great, if Take Control reports could be generated as pdf-file and not only be viewed in the dashboard. A solution similar to the monthly reports would also be worth considering.
Found a problem with MSP take control
The copy and paste doesn’t work copying info from my laptop to a client’s machines – I have to click on ‘interaction’ and then get clipboard all time, a right pain
