currently if i want to change the 24x7 frequency check interval or DSC run time for multiple devices, i have click on each individual workstation or server and make the modification manually. this is ideal for working on on few devices at a time, but currently i have a need to change over 190 workstations 24x7 frequency intervals, but find the manual method will take too long. there should be a global or group option ...more »

i have a need to delete multiple devices such workstations and servers due to clients removing, replacing, and reimaging devices without telling me. currently the only way to delete devices is to individually select each one by one. however i find this method not efficient. i would like to see an option to select muliple devices for deletion. basically a select all and a single click delete button for those devices. ...more »
Almost all other MDM's have this feature. If we could have the ability to push out Apps to all phones that would allow us to actually manage them, rather than just the ability to lock and locate.
would be nice to have a web based link to deploy (pre or non configured) agents to a remote computer or server. instead of having to login to my dashboard remotely on the device, then download the agent to the selected device, or centrally on a server network share, then attempt to install it. by only providing the link, you could just download the agent specific to your client and site, without having also to show ...more »
Good day, Please could we have the ability to change the device names, without having to delete the existing device and having to start over from scratch, losing the previously backed up data. I urge you to add a device offline settings for every server. Here's the scenario. The device ran its patch management updates and an automation script is now rebooting the server, however, the server does not come down all of the way due to an update that is holding the server hostage and now the server is "offline" but not all of the way shutdown for it's pending restart. here we are almost a decade later and it's still not possible to set "unschedueld downtime" or "update monitored ip" via rule.
Support have now banned the abilit yot do so via a NAC advanced script and doing it via a manual bulk edit is what we've been trying to avoid.
So let's make rules great again and allow the setting of any device property you can do manually!
On the face of it, it seems quite reasonable to set checks for AV to alert after getting 3 days behind. This would cover if the work device was turned off over the weekend (Albeit, a bit of a squeeze if there is a Bank Holiday included). Here's a huge one that would help eliminate alerting noise, and i know it's not simple as it's been on the request backlog for years.
Give us the ability to craft cross-device dependancies to avoid tickets creation.
eg if I have an notification for the gateway being down, i don't also need notifications for agent status being failed on the servers behind this.
