For the managed online backup I would like to add customer email addresses for a backup report. If it succeeded or failed and how much data it processed.
It would be nice, if the "Show column" settings in the dashboard's "View" menu, e.g. "Email Alert" or "Take Control", would be saved. Currently you have to activate these columns again at every login.

It would be great to have a Daily Automated Mail Server Blacklist Check, something like that offered for free on www.mxtoolbox.com
The check would verify that the Mail Servers (i.e. Microsoft Exchange) Public IP address is not listed on any of the 104 known blacklists, if it is listed then it could raise an alert on the Dashboard.
Good idea to recover passwords but you should have allowed us to brand the email address as you do with the alerts. So instead of email@example.com the recovery password should come from firstname.lastname@example.org (insert partner domain here) with our own customized text.
The GFI Max icon is cool, but the Send email or Save Screenshot and Send email relies on the client having outlook or similar email software set up. Most of my end users are cloud email users.
This option should sync with the dashboard and not rely on local users smtp setup. Otherwise it's quite useless.
Users should be able to click a link in Block Page messages that creates a form that is emailed to an email address defined in the Web Protection policy. On MAX Backup, I'd like to get an e-mail alert if the client reach a defined threshold, as an example if my client reaches 10.1GB and I sat up a threshold at 10GB, I'd get an e-mail.

I would like to see the system application tray be able to intergrate with web email (google,outlook web, ect). I have alot of customers that currently uses web mail and cannot fully use all features of the sys tray for that reason.
SysTray "Email" and "Email Screenshot" functionality open new email message window and the text is formatted in plain text.
It would be great to have ability send e-mail in HTML format and format predefined "body" text in HTML.

At the moment most things are configured at the "Client" level which makes life difficult to do things for clients that have sites that are independently managed. To name but a few: Most reports including client inventory, critical events, fault history, software licence reports. When a threat is found can the MAV Email notification contain the threat details on the email, as opposed to a summary and then having to check on the dashboard.
Some customers require email notification at beginning and end of maintenance window. Would be great if we could schedule an email notification within the same patch management rule, to email out a notification at start and end. With ability to customize the email, include brief description, header and logo of company, a signature, as well as include list of targeted devices. Please add a feature that allows you to monitor in/out bound mailflow from exchange. Additional bonus would be to get a report of a round trip time from exchange to solarwinds monitor server and back to exchange. Send test messages every 15 minutes and get alerted when mail flow fails.
