How in the world does this not exist? And how can Solarwinds remain competitive without this simple requirement, especially when 4 out of 5 phones globally are Androids? This functionality is a must. We are a prime example of a company losing sales due to this.
A customer is emailing an issue and they are sending it to you directly and copying firstname.lastname@example.org. Which creates a ticket. You then reply to the customer and leave the copy in your email for email@example.com which then creates a second ticket. Currently, the critical report is emailed daily as an .html file. It would be very helpful if it can be emailed in .pdf form.
