I understand that in addition to an SPF record, DKIM and DMARC should also be setup to help prevent 3rd parties spoofing the sender domain. At the moment, setting up DMARC is problematic as we have no system that is capable of receiving the DMARC (XML) reports to extract useful information from. Mail Assure will detect "Phishing.Heuristics.Email.SpoofedDomain" - a possible 'Spoofed' link in a legitimate email. This is usually when a link says ones domain but directs to another domain. This is very common in phishing and email spoofing. As per the following URL we setup a rule in Office 365 to allow emails that contain the "X-Recommended-Action" header value "accept", bypassing the Office 365 spam protection.
Can we have the protection reports also have this header added?
