We'd like the ability to use Take Control when accessing the Dashboard from a Mac. We use Macs internally and my technicians need to use Take Control to remotely support customers (whether they're on a Windows or Mac device). So we need a Take Control viewer for OSX
Currently you can set a recurring maintenance window, but what would be more useful is if you could set multiple recurring maintenance windows, so you can cater for different rroutine events that happen at different times
The ability to set a maintenance window on selected checks but not all checks, so you can suppress checks that are prone to spiking during certain events while keeping other checks active.
[On behalf of a customer] Currently the ability to add or delete a user is tied to the "Roles and Permissions" permission in the Roles & Permissions dialog. Meaning you have to enable this feature to give users the ability to add or delete users from the User Accounts dialog. Add the ability to use Take Control to connect onto a mobile device
For Patch management, is there any way that we could get a rating next to the vulnerability? For PCI DSS in USA there is a new requirement for a rating for all vulnerabilities coming in a month. Having "Critcal, Superceded, Important, etc" as rated by the vendor would really help out
Add email provisioning to Android as part of your MDM support.
As this is a powerful feature, include the ability to restore MOB backups in the user permissions functionality so that only qualified technicians can perform this function.
Add the advanced column filter options to the north pane just like you have on Web Protection's Web tab or in the Remote Background Management dialog, so that we can use this to quickly drill down into the device list and find exactly the devices we're looking for.

It would be good if MDM could let you configure multiple Wifi profiles on a mobile device so we can provision handsets for users who move between different offices and so forth.
