Our technicians are not happy with the new menus in v7. Some tasks require more mouse clicks then before.
Pls give us the option to rearrange menus or at least to build a custom menu.
We have set the option "Lock device when the remote session ends" on all servers. Sometimes a second technician joins the TC Session to assist. When he end his session, the device gets lock, regardless that the first technician is still logged in.
So pls alter the option
from "Lock device when the remote session ends"
to "Lock device when the last remote session ends"
For a long time, we can set a number of times, how often a failed patch is beeing reprocessed befor it is considered as failed. However this is not reflected in the Patch Failure Report. Please give as a column and/or filter to exclude patches, which are currently reprocessed.
RMM Dashboard is securely accessable via HTTPS now, pls do something similar for your ideascale.
Our devices are fully encrypted, I am saving passwords on them. When logging in on sso.navigatorlogin.com I need to focus the passwordfield and hit hit enter/tab or something. I got barley webdesign knowledge, so I guess the login button only gets enable on mouseout of the passwordfield or something. Please change that.

Everybody has seen errors, when a form did not give the expected result, because you did copy&paste of an IBAN, creditcard number, or a machinename into an input filed. The cause of it: you copied a (trailing) space into the clipboard. This can be easily fixed by the webdesigner: trim all spaces from inputs. You can set MM to a single machine, a site or a client. But this does NOT place the client or site in MM - it sets all current (!) servers at a site or client in MM. When adding new servers, they are not in MM.
Please change way setting MM works, so it really sets client or site to MM.
The permissing "Monitoring & Management -> 24x7 & Daily Safety Checks -> Usage" controles wether a user can clear checks or not. It would be very handy, to have a more granular permisson regarding it. I want to prohibit "Keep check cleared until it passes", only the other options should be allowed ("Keep check cleared until next time it runs", "Keep check cleared until (date|time)")
Some Checks are checking multiple things (e.g. 'Physical Disk Check' checks multiple harddrives).
Currently a cleared check does not light up, if the error changes. A competitor is altering cleared-check-behavior, so you can choose, if you want to get notified if a cleared check changes. I would like to see this in MAX RM also.
We are facing a rare situation: one of our technicans quits his job to the end of month. We have enabled 2FA with COPE smartphones and I have reset his account in the dashboard. I don't want to delete the account, this will remove all this users entries in reports AFAIK.
The best choice is disabling an account of an alumnus, like we all do in an Active Directory for ages. Pls give us that option.
The card just appeared in my dashboard, saying my ERP-Server has an unneeded toolbar installed. The 'Toolbar' is a component of my ERP-Software, which is barely or not known outside of Germany.
My guess: This LOGICcard does one simple thing - searching within the installed softwarelist for the string 'toolbar'. It is not using a database of risky software or something.
Please remove that card or tune it.
