Please add Support to specify the dashboard language on actual user level instead of dashboard-wide.
Please add newer Versions of F-Secure. Currently F-Secure up to v12 can be monitored. While F-Secure 14.01 patterns are recognized (though unable determine release date), for 14.02 the product detection fails aswell.
Currently the way Backup Accounts are automatically named in RMM Backup & Recovery, it is tedious to figure out which registered account is assigned to which device in the dashboard.
If there is no direct sync of device names to backup account names, a possible workaound would be a user defined field, which we could manually populate with information, such as Client / Site and Device Name.
Hey there, we would like to see an option to specify the allocated space for the Caching Service. Currently this is set to 10GB by default and the cache folder will not be cleared before hitting the threshold. This means unnecessarily wasted disk space on Drive C:\. We wish for an expanded API function so we can retrieve information about performed remote sessions for further evaluation.
Having a custom field in the Recovery Console to populate manually would be a major help, especially for the RMM Version, as it is basically impossible to distinguish devices by their B&R account name.
This way we could easily add a comment when adding a device to the Recovery Console, to which partner this device belongs to.
Recently the functionality to automatically remove a LSV if not available for 2 weeks straight has been introduced.
However there is a flaw in this logic as this also applies to devices, which are simply offline for a certain amount of time.
If the LSV is in "failed" state and the device goes offline for two weeks, the LSV will be removed upon the next device boot.
This should not happen in my eyes.
Currently we are missing a visual indicator showing Patchmanagement is active on the device in the north pane.
Since most other features, such as MAV, B&R or Web Protection do indeed show the green dot (or yellow / red respectively) which indicates the feature is active and installed, there is no such thing for patch management in the current dashboard.
we would like to have the option to be able to chose the profile additonally to the product for the silent installation mode.

Currently the initial scan does add service checks for some specific services and that's it. I am certain it would make much more sense to add all services with "automatic" start type to the list of monitored services for the automatic detection. we would like to have the ability to allow the client to locally trigger an update query for MAV through the MAV Systray application.
For Vipre Engine this option is give, hoever for Bitdefender Engine this would be much appreciated.
