I want to be able to exclude hours and other fields in a summary incident report in MSP manager. I send these to clients and they need to know all the tickets that have been entered not how long it took for us to fix them. Why can;t we custom build by choosing our own fields?
For 10 months i thought i was crazy and just could not get contracts to come over as service items in Quikbooks. I am now told that contract items come over as cost items. First, i am not sure why we can't choose but secondly nobody has brought this up that service items are coming over as taxable. I am told we have to manually change them to non taxable each month.
