When we redeliver a message is is sent successfully by MA however exchange drops it as a duplicate email. We cannot reliably turn this off therefore is it possible to either have the previous Exchange message ID removed from the headers so it cannot be seen as a duplicate or have the option to redeliver the email as an attachment to another email
We would like to see the Exchange Granular Restore feature back.
Could we have Red Hat OS support for Backup
We would like to see Azure support reintegrated into Backup & Recovery
They may have been rarely used before but more and more people now are moving to the cloud and we have customers looking to host all their systems and servers on the cloud. We would like to continue using Backup & Recovery to protect our customers and we need it to support Azure.
There are some quality of life features in standalone I would like to see in N-central dashboard
Features such as a populated list of customers in the search bar
An export button
The closer MSP backup dashboard is to the standalone backup.managment dashboard the better.
Can restored folders have the same modified data as the backup it's restored from. It currently changes to the current date/time. The created date for the folder if correct however. Just the modified date is different.
When using the WebCMC https://backup.management you can save a devices view, This is useful when used in conjunction with filters to, for example, show only devices which have not backed up in the last 24 hours. I want to send these views to myself and to the re-seller, But I would need to set the re-seller up as a user on my dashboard first. We would like the ability to restore an individual AD user
Can we have an export function for Processed Files and Removed Files.
We are never logged out of the WebCMC, We feel this is a security issue with a simple fix. Can you introduce a session timeout for our logins to the CMC?
The ability to set bandwidth limits on the devices via N-Central/Max RemoteManagement would be useful. Setting policy in bulk or as part of a profile would prevent tedious micro-management.
