I would be great if we could set the emails for event logs on delay, there are times when we have Events that resolve themselves and it requires no attention. It would be great if we could set email alerts on a delay.
It would be great if we could pull a report for to see all blocked site for all of our clients at once instead of having to go to each individual client and pulling the reports. It would be great for us to show the data on the sites that we block
I would be great if we had the option to isolate specific clients from all clients in the client group settings so that only a few agents can access that client in the dashboard. This way we don't have to create a new client group and then every time we add a new client we have to add them to a new client group instead.
It would be great for monitoring purposes if we had a local webpage check. Each individual server should be able check itself and ensure that the localhost is online correctly. This way we can monitor everything is working properly and if not take the proper actions to get the host back online.
I would be great if we had the option to filter out tickets in the service desk app the same way we can in the regular service desk. The app is missing the functionality to filter tickets status, by client, priority. It would be great is we could get that fixed
It would be great if we could set are device to have a auto reboot time when ever a reboot was required by anything on the dashboard. This way we can just schedule a reboot once and never have to again and when a ever a reboot is required it will automatically go ahead and reboot.
It would be very beneficial if we could edit the service desk app to edit our clients and make updates to our service desk from the mobile app. We should be able at any moment to edit the clients information address, phone number, ect.. as well as see the client who called in the voice messages including the site for clients who have multiple sites. I know we can setup are clients so they can install the agent on their devices from the dashboard, but it would be nice if we could setup a url with the agent pre-made so all the client has to do is go to the link and download the agent to the device and it automatically adds itself to the dashboard. This way the client does not need access to download the agent and it's done automatically with little effort to us. It ...more »
If cross contamination happens within the networks tab it would be very beneficial if we could remove devices from networks or have the main device do a network search and then have the option to remove devices from the connection history that are not currently on the network. If that is not possible to be able to flush all the information from active discovery and the networks tab would work just as well.
It would be great if we could have potential clients go to a link to the maxfocus site that we provide that they can push a button that will generate a ticket with us and at the same time download a remote session that we can use team viewer and logon to their device and give them assistance. This would be great so our future customers can get a feel of what it's like to use are service
I would be great if we could use a monitoring template to delete selected task and checks on a device, instead of just a regular blank template then selecting remove all task and checks then having to re-add the checks and task we want on the device.
It would be great if we could set specific alerts to go to a specific email and not just turn on alerts and receive all the alerts we have turned on.
