Hey team, Using standalone MSPA you can do a one time connection to a customers machine. We would like the dashboard to have similar functionality, the current remote support agent is slightly dated and is often blocked by AV. Ideally we would incorporate the standalone MSPA approach where we can ask customer to go to startcontrol.com and generate a pin for them, either from the dashboard or the already installed take ...more »
We would like to receive a notification, test or email if mail is queuing for one of our domains.
Ideally we should be proactively looking at this before a customer calls to complain about this issue.
Is this something we can build into the platform?
We would like to have a consistent experience for all of our users. Our user base is primarily Windows based, but have some Macs scattered in. We are configuring the connect2help to include links to our support email and blog website.
We would like to have similar options available for the Mac Community that is ever increasing.
We can add a custom blacklist rule for urls ending with .jar per domain, but we would like to apply this as top level for all our domains.
I'm advised we are not able to do this, this would be an essential feature for us.
When taking control of a user machine it would be good to be able to black the screen on the end users machine,
For example, if you connect to your work machine from home, the office can see what you are doing. Locking the screen or turning it black would be better for security.
Raising on behalf of customer:
We would like the ability to determind how mail assure handles domains who send with no SPF record. We would like to quarantine these messages or, and, generate a temp failure message to the sender to say email has been quarantined as you do no have a valid SPF record.
At the moment I believe if there is no SPF record for the domain its simply passed through at present.
If our customers are using the Compose Email continuity tool in Mail Assure we need a way to show what emails a Web interface user has sent
Currently, this does not log anywhere.
We have had several customers look to Brand their Mail Assure with names such as "mail protect" but this needs to be unique,
As the hostname is the redirect, it does not make sense for the BrandName to be unique meaning we can't use the current branding and marketing tools we already have.
Please have this changed ASAP as it means alot of wasted material on customers end.
We would like to be able to easily identify which users are currently logged in to RMM, ideally, we would like to see an API call to show all RMM users and to be able to do a call to check who is currently active.
Would it be possible to add the functionality to retreive emails from 2 different email address in the same mailbox? Emails sent to email@example.com are delivered to the same mailbox as firstname.lastname@example.org Servicedesk is configured to retrieve emails sent to email@example.com Servicedesk retrieves emails for both addresses from one mailbox Currently, Servicedesk would be unable to pick up these emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org ...more »
The AppAssure v5 check does not work for AppAssure v6.
Can this be considered as a feature request to have this check added?
Currently we use the outage history and notes associated to a device. If we need to re-install the agent we will lose this history, It would be good to have a way to export / save this information and import it to new device or just export with view to be able to still use this in some capacity.
