Might be an idea to have the Agent determine which Powershell version is available, so the agent can decide whether it can pass the verbatim parameter on scripts( available only on powershell 3 ) or not.
Suggestion on having the option to bulk delete tickets in the Dashboard view. As currently it is only possible to delete bulk tickets in the helpdesk tab.
There is an option to select multiple tickets and click a dropdown to delete the ticket but only one ticket gets deleted, and the prompt when deleting ticket is a bit confusing as it shows "Are you sure you want to delete all selected tickets"
Would need the service date of the ticket to appear in either the ticket description or as a separate column when being exported to Quickbooks.
Currently MSP Manager default ticket filters are "Assigned, In progress and On Hold"
Need to have an option to change the default filters and save the changes so the next time a user logs in the modified defaults are set.
The design for the disk health check is reactive form of looking at drives, since the threshold for the win32_diskdrive status class is just too weak, and set too low to be relied upon the check wont fail until its too late or there has been data lost.
The invoice should contain the total cost and breakdown for each domain, as currently it shows the total cost for all domains

When adding a technician profile in the Admin Area, you can select the Permissions Template to automatically configure the Permissions for the technician. However, there is no way to create your own templates. This will be useful so that you can specify a template for multiple technician profiles and updating the template will update the permissions for all the technicians.
