When we use the app and add a 'note' onto a ticket, we don't have the option to copy in our tech teams email address to keep them updated. We can do this on the web page no problem.
The tech team came back and said add a 'contact' under each client - however we can only add the one email address onto 1 client, not the other 60 we have on the portal.
We need a solution please
On the Risk Intelligence Scans I know we can create custom rules etc but is there a way to create a new scan to exclude a bank account number from the scans, this would be ideal to exclude a customers details as they could be on all invoices on their system?
Found a problem with MSP take control
The copy and paste doesn’t work copying info from my laptop to a client’s machines – I have to click on ‘interaction’ and then get clipboard all time, a right pain
