Sophos Cloud is currently not supported in RMM.
Is it possible to add AV checks for Sophos Cloud?
We've had several requests from partners to monitor ESXi servers in RMM by monitoring vCenter appliance instead of monitoring each host directly.
Several of our partner have queried MOB for mobile devices as they get more and more requests from their customer for said feature.
Are there any plans for this?
The Hardware assets tab should be grouped by type with all the groups collapsed by default or via a setting, like it is in Asset Tracking.
It can be quite difficult to keep track all hardware assets, especially on VMware VMs as VMware creates multiple RAM modules (all 16 KB or 0 B)
In RMM you were able to manage MSP Mail from the Services tab.
The same option should be available for Mail Assure, now that all domains have been migrated.
Some of our partners have requests an option to send an email alert to a set email address if emails have been stuck in the delivery queue for more than x minutes. As far as I can see, there is no such option.
From time to time DSC and 24x7 checks aren't running when their supposed to, which can be caused by fmplugin.exe being blocked or c++ 2013 redist not being installed properly.
In these cases it would be good to have a device alert if a device is online and reporting to the dashboard but checks aren't running when expected.
Currently we as a distributor can pull out usage reports for Mail Assure via https://usagereport.swmailassure.com/ We have been advised by support that only distributors are able to pull out these reports, however we've had requests from our partners to be able to pull out reports themselves. In MSP Mail, partners were able to download these reports. Not only for the previous and current month but also further back. ...more »
Could an Azure AD integration be created for Mail Assure, the same way Mimecast does:
Push install currently only works for online devices. There should be an option for "push agent installation when device comes back online" for offline devices.
That way we do not have to go back and check for devices to come online.
Currently the Cloudberry backup check looks for an Event Source starting Online Backup (case-insensitive), where the content includes Plan name and Files copied keys.
Because of this it's not possible to check for a Cloudberry SQL backup as the event from this particular backup job does not included the string "files copied". It should be possible to select exactly which jobs the check should look for.
When running reports in RMM or setting a date for check clearing, the calendar view has Sunday as the first day of the week. There should be an option to set Monday as the first day of the week in these calendar views
