There should be an option to 3rd party AV checks to fail if virus definitions are out of date by x days, instead of failing every time it doesn't have the latest definitions.
Currently if someone sends an email to a recipient which is not listed under local recipients or aliases, a new local recipient will be created regardless of the email address sent to is an alias or a primary address. Mail Assure should be able to detect if the address is a primary address or an alias and for aliases automatically assign it to the right recipient. When installing MAV, any existing AV checks are still present even though they have been uninstalled or disabled by the agent.
These checks should be automatically removed when installing MAV.
Currently it is not possible to create rules for global or default filtering in Mail Assure, only on domain level.
This means that if an MSP would like to add a search criteria to a blacklist or whitelist, they have to do it for each domain, which will be time consuming for MSPs with tens or hundreds of customers in Mail Assure.
Asset Tracking currently does not detect software registered to HKCU during an installation. Example of this is Microsoft Teams.
As these programmes are not listed in Asset Tracking, it makes it more difficult to keep track of number of installations.
Some of our partners have customers which operate in Mac-only environments.
They cannot use active discovery as this is an Windows only feature.
The new user and password reset emails have been changed to have an unbranded sender address, however some of our partners have asked for the option to edit the email template for these emails, so the emails can be branded to their liking.

MSP Manager only supports one email domain per customer.
For customers using multiple domains, this causes issues with routing of tickets.
Multi email domain should therefore be supported.
Integrations to other accounting software than Xero and Quickbooks should be implemented, such as Mamut, Visma and Unimicro
Xero and Quickbooks are not commonly used in Norway, if at all.
The mobile app does not current support 2FA or IP verification, meaning if someone unauthorised gets hold of a dashboard user's password, they are able to just install the app on their phone and would be able to access any device with take control enabled.
A lot of our partners have customers where the devices are located on ships and boats. These devices are often out of range for long periods of time.
In those cases, it would be useful to have to option to only send alerts once a day for each device.
