There should be a settings that allow you to choose to block, reject, or flag messages where the Sender and From fields of the envelope do not match.
There should be an option to set an expiration for Site installation packages. Or limit use to how many installs before it forces you to create a new one.
There should be a report that you can run from the dashboard that shows files and folders that are being backed up for a specific client, broken down by devices. As of now you are having to drill into each device to get this information.
Critical Event Checks should include the option for Forwarded Event Logs

When spam is quarantined, and a user logs into the console, they are able to see other user's that may have been sent the same message quarantined. This confuses the user's as they are seeing other user's messages in their quarantine. Is there a way to change the way only show the "User's" messages, not everyone that is listed as the Recipient as this confuses users. They wonder why they can see others Quarantined ...more »
The Train as Spam feature is nice but it would be nice to have a counter to see how many files are being held or submitted.
The Welcome Letter should be able to be customized by the Admin in Mail Assure. The current letter is confusing to users. Please make this a template in which we have access to.
Logistic company depends on real-time emails. They receive emails from new customers daily and cannot White-list in these cases. As these responses are time sensitive, we need a way to be able to control Grey-listing similar to MSP Mail. We are recommending a feature for Mail Assure that is comparable.
Releasing, White-listing, Black-listing, etc should be available next to messages in Email Scout Reports. Right now user's have to click on the subject and are being re-directed to another screen where they can execute said actions. How about having these options on the first screen?!?!
When a ticket is marked as "Completed", and a customer responds or if the ticket is re-opened the tech is NOT notified. There should be some way to set up a notification when this occurs or the tech will have no way of knowing.
When Mail servers go down and Email User's log into the Mail Assure Control panel, it appears quite busy. It would be nice to have Themes that can be customized. Themes should be based on current Mail products such as O365, outlook, OWA, etc. The current GUI is bulky and may confuse user's. I recommend themes that resemble what that they see everyday, that can be chosen by Admins, according to their clients.
