Right now when a VMware backup is done, the snapshot is labelled with date and time only.
I would like the snapshot to be labelled in a way that identifies the source.
e.g. MSP Backup 25-04-2018 @ 16:00:01
Right now we cant tag the traffic service with a good description of what the interface is. The only way to do this is by setting the name in the source device (basically impossible on some devices)

Please enable the ability to mass turn MSP connect off or on.
We have plenty of sub par systems under support, and having to edit them individually is more than a bit annoying.
In order for us to alert on rogue devices, the "system check in" service either needs to be exempted from "unscheduled downtime" somehow, or we need to be able to alert on the disconnected state. This will allow us to generate tickets when a device hasn't checked in for x days, the only other option to do this right now seems to be to turn "unscheduled downtime" and create a sea of red. It seems a bit odd that you need full superuser permissions to add a device.
Given that we should be given least privileges required in order for someone to be able to do their job, I don't like the idea of a tech needing Full Superuser permissions to simply add a device.
The Administrator role should have permissions to Add, but not delete a device.
Use the Luhn algorithm to better validate Canadian SIN numbers.
For MSP Anywhere. Providing a Subject Line email tag for Customer # (existing field) or an External Reference field of some sort would allow us to automatically update an external ticketing system with emailed session reports.
We currently use Bomgar, but would likely switch to MSP Anywhere given this functionality.
