On a custom service, I'd like to be able to set the order of the thresholds. For instance, on an Eaton UPS that measures "S/N/Model/Battery Capacity," I'd like to be able to choose the order those appear if you hover over the status monitor under monitoring/status.
I would like there to be a way to ignore devices with the reported OS "Windows CE." These auto-import just like any windows device, but the agent is not compatible, so they always come in as misconfigured. .
We have 900 filters. It would be nice to have a search box where I could type in a word and it would show only filters containing those characters. Similar to how you can type in a device name under all devices and it will display the results. We have the drop down that lets you select "All Visible Filters" and such, but it would be far more useful to have search capabilities. Even the "Filter" button that is shown ...more »

No need to get into device level thresholds, I would just like to be able to go to the SO level, go to configuration>templates, and have a button that exports all the templates to an excel sheet, and under the template list the services, and under the services list the theshoulds. So the ...more »
A lot of us use Slack to chat about Ncentral in real time. It would be great if the forums had a chat room so we would not have to use a separate application for this.
I would like MSP connect to have some sort of function that monitors the COMMUNICATION between the agent and server. I'm not talking about making sure the agent service is running. I'm talking about instances where the agent is installed, the service is running, but within N-central the device shows as "disconnected" because it's not communicating properly.
