The MSP backup services don't have the possibility to create a custom scan schedule. For example, Weekly backups should only be scanned once a week and not every day because than it creates false positive alerts. The ability to filter for sites the same way an SO can be filtered for Customers would provide the flexibility required to generate relevant reports that are not flooded with unnecessary data.
Currently the device audit trail shows ticketing information, direct support details, and as of MSP N-Central 10.2 it also shows MSP Connect sessions. If we are displaying one form of remote control, can we not include other critical control types such as RDP?
An option to automatically delete scheduled reports in Report Manager after a customer is deleted. This could be optional, and/or could wait for more than one maintenance cycle to ensure the deletion wasn't accidental, but would help keep the Scheduled Reports section more tidy.
Disable Domain User Management per customer, or as an SO-wide option. Both would be ideal to disable this option across an entire environment, or to simply disable for customers that the option is not desired on to avoid access to Active Directory functionality where not desired.
