Inside the executive summary report we have a field that shows "Alerts Resolved" according to the manual it shows the total of alerts raised, closed or cleaned. The term resolved is wrong here because it counts open alerts. This term should be change to something else like "total alerts" for instance. It's causing miscomprehension with some clients and end-clients.
I think that the indexing system in Mail Assure needs an upgrade because the way it works now is extremely slow and we need to keep the page open during all the process. This process should be done just once and for all messages so we can finally work with this tool. Hi guys, I think it would be essential the CMC dashboard to have a column that shows if the archive is active or not, currently we just have one that shows the volume but in a case that the user deactivates the archive for some reason I will not be able to check this in the first page of the CMC dasboard, I will have to click on the device to see if the archive is flaged or not, imagine that situation with a bunch of ...more »
It would be very useful if the customers had access in their client panel to the cost of the tickets. A suggestion is add the "time tracking " tab to the client panel.
Some clients have printers in a ping check and they turn off the printer when the expedient ends, the issue is that the servers kept online with the check sending ping commands to the printers which send e-mails, SMSs alerts and opens a ticket due to the PSA Integration. I think it should be helpfull if we were able to set a schedule for some checks, for example, a check wil be turned off at 18:00 and started at 08:00. ...more »
I think it would be great if the failed login check generates some sort of report or keep saved the details of the pasts checks. Because if I don't see the error details today in the next day the new check will overwrite the last one.
I think that would be a good addition to extend the use of the two factor authentication for windows logins as well not only for remote login.
