Would like to map a rate directly to each User in MSP Manager. This way when we have Users (techs) with more then 1 rate they can easily use those rates for time entries rather then the need to create service items then rates off of service items.
I know you can create a ESR via Log Search (preview) and then send it out daily to a recipient and I know you can configure Automatic ESR's through Domain Settings. What I would like to see is that we have the ability to customize a log search preview and then create a ESR off that search as we can currently do but instead of sending it to one recipient configure it to send to ALL recipients. Would like to see the ability to reset user password for Mail Assure control panel in bulk rather then having to do it individually. I know users can reset their own password but for admin sake I would like to see the ability to reset passwords in bulk for an entire domain like we could in MSP Mail - WebAdmin authentication settings.
When configuring a Staff Agent to have access to specific Ticket Queues they can only see those queues. However, when Staff Agent goes to create a NEW ticket they can see ALL Ticket Queues from the drop down meaning the Staff Agent can assign the ticket to a Queue they do not have access to.
Would like to add the ability to configure the Active Directory report to show only Domain Admins per client.
Would like the ability to customize invoices in MSP Manager. When reviewing invoices time entries only show ticket number and text. Would like to be able to customize this to include start/stop time of time entries and dates.

Would like to see a report that shows the number of servers/workstations by Client/Site that can be downloaded to csv from SolarWinds RMM dashboard. Data is all over the place between Client Inventory Report in Asset Tracking and Device Inventory Report under Reports.
Would like the ability to choose email addresses from a drop down based on usage or the CC field should save email addresses used so when you start to type the email address in it shows up.
Would like to see a global option under Account Settings that will allow me to set "ALL" opened tickets and future tickets created to Non-Billable or Billable. Currently there is no option to globally make tickets non-billable and you have to individually uncheck the billable box when creating a new ticket to ensure the ticket is not billed.
