Have several clients that have only 1 device. This device is usually a laptop and not a desktop so it frequently goes offline. What I see is that when a check fails it triggers the Client Name under Monitoring and Management to turn RED. However, since there is only 1 device for the Client, when the device goes OFFLINE it then changes the Client to GREY indicating there is no current issues. Since the devices could ...more »
Right now when you create a custom Client Group that is not ALL Clients the user even with Superuser permissions cannot change the status of the patch in Approval Policy. When going to Approval Policy the option to choose IGNORE, APPROVE, etc is greyed out and the drop down is not accessible. Currently when you run the Expenses Report you are unable to view the Ticket # from which that Expense has came from.
Would like the ability to have a link on the Email Scout Reports that are sent to customers. This way they can click on the link to get access to their control panel like what we saw in MSP Mail.
Would like to see the ability to search messages both Inbound and Outbound by the content within the body of the email message.

Would like to see the ability to go back further then 30+ days for connection history in Active Discovery.
At this time you can only Ignore "ALL" vulnerabilities by turning off the "Include Vulnerabilities" option in the Patch Management policy. I would like to see the ability to ignore certain CVE's or vulnerabilities that have been identified so we can still monitor vulnerabilities found but ignore the ones we do not wish to see. Would like the ability to send out empty Email Scout Reports. In MSP Mail there was an option to send end-user empty digest reports in the event no spam was caught for them. I would like this ability as well for Email Scout Reports so the end-user still receives a report even if no spam is caught.
Please add chassis type 31 to WMI query for agent installs and asset tracking daily scans. We have several new laptops that are being classified as "convertibles" with a chassis type of 31. Currently laptops are only identified by 8, 9, 10, 11 or 14. Would like this chassis type added for laptops as when a new device is installed it is receiving the wrong policies and getting desktop policies rather then the laptop ...more »
Would like to see the ability to set a default rate for time entries. When I go to add a time entry I have to select the drop down to pick a custom rate. I would like the ability to set custom rates per Customer.
Would like to be able to color code Customers to differentiate them based on certain criteria like service agreements, etc.
Would like to see the ability to pull a report for ticket responses or an API call we can use to extract this data from MSP Service Desk.
